leerobert
Hey, so my TIH 'Misfortunes' pre-order finally arrived today. Now as most of you know I live in the UK so I wasn't too bothered that it took a while, a lot of records that I order from the US do. However, I pre-ordered this record on January 5th, which I'm pretty certain is quite close to when the pre-order went up. So imagine my surprise today when I open my copy of the record to find that is on RED, THE SECOND PRESSING COLOUR. I pre-ordered this record for fucks sake, my housemate picked up a copy on yellow from our local record store last month, so why the hell have I ended up with a red copy? Screw you Trustkill, 90% of the bands on your label are shit anyway.

kurtz
I guess I'm lucky. I've had nothing but good experiences with the label.
dante3000
Yeah, they pretty much fucked the donkey on this one. I'm looking for a Yellow copy as I got two orange ones. Pre-orders are quickly becoming a joke.
Guest conoley
I don't understand the term "pre-order." Isn't it just an "order"? Despite food in a restaurant not being made until you order it, you don't pre-order that.
jhulud
I guess I'm lucky. I've had nothing but good experiences with the label. Same here. Even when an order I placed was lost...they more than made up for it w/ a new one...

steventangent
no, the food isn't already done for you, so it's on backorder.
xheffernanx
when you call and order your vegan tofu burger with fries and pick it up 20 mins later.... thats a pre-order, i think.
flood
i just love punk/hardcore labels that send me email updates on where their albums are charting and who's producing them... because that's real punk rock type shit to worry about.
rtw88
Maybe you would have gotten a first press if you signed up for their $200 fan club!

momentumlost
Pre-order: when you order a pizza 6 months in advance, they make 1 3 months later to taste it(test press), make it a month after that, let it sit in the frezer for a month then microwave and deliver it 2 months later. Order: when you order your pizza and they bring it to you an hour later. I think take out is self explainatory.
Guest conoley
So, it should really be pre-release order! (or pre-order for short.) I was just trying to be funny / clever
affront
i ordered a copy about 2 weeks ago (to the UK). It came after 5 days (on red). Great for me, yet shows how shitty you got treated! I would suggest not preordering if you live outside the US, this isn't the first time i have read this about Trustkill
