mrc
that would be awesome. they seem like totally rad dudes. They totally are, i went to several shows in a row when they toured with Near Miss. I had alot of free time so i went to the jacksonville, orlando and tampa shows. but they would always drink and hang out and were all super nice. However a couple of dudes in near miss werent that cool. We were at the tampa show early hanging out with one of the guys from AWS (smoking in my car), and one of the guys from near miss came up and tapped on my window and then picked and pealed my BigWig sticker off my car and flicked us off. What a dick!
faith
Last night I went to see Annie Lennox because my girlfriend loves her. I don't mind her, she's great and all but I wouldn't decide to listen to her. Anyway, the show was pretty good nonetheless even though it was a theater show which means sitting down. Opening act was this chick.. Carina Round I think, man that girl can sing, incredible range. And she's kinda cute too Upcoming shows... Nightwish 10/28 Gogol Bordello 11/01 Malajube 11/

I'll probably catch Planes Mistaken for Stars on their last tour when they hit town. I'm pretty sure I'm going to go to NY for the Snapcase reunion/benefit show too

mrc
Sweet. my buddy just tattooed the singer of from autum to ashes and scored me and my girlfriend guest list passes to the show tonight. Im stoked because i really wanted to see strike anywhere because they have skipped jax on the last 3-4 tours. Free shows are always more enjoyable in my book. stevenontheradio
going to see wintersleep tonight and stars next month some time! I seen Wintersleep on Friday and they played an 8 song encore, it was unreal. We would just shout out songs and they would play them. They played about 22 songs in total. Great show. p.s. Stars was a huge dissapointment live when I seen them last year.

bicyclepirate
I just saw Qui a couple days ago. It has the singer from the Jesus Lizard in it. It was fuckin awesome, if you like the JL, then you'd probably like these guys too. David Yow smashed a case of water bottles over some kids head, and got some glam rock lookin dudes to pull down there pants by offering to suck their dicks on stage. Good times... Also just found out Trail of Dead is playing a free show at my university on Monday.
