We can't tow cars, or do any other service because of the snow and roads. So a lot of people are yelling at us because they don't understand why we won't service them at home or on an unplowed side street. currently a lot of the northeast/central ohio area is under a level 2, or level three civil emergency, requesting that nobody be on the roads unless its an emergency vehicle or you're employed with the city and have identification. which is me. and it sucks. haha. do you work with something like triple a?
