I'm very open when it comes up to bands putting out different material but Weezer is one of those bands that just bums me out now. i hear you. saw them in 2000 at a tiny little club, they played all stuff from the blue album and Pinkerton. it's such a shame their tour bus crashed after the show that night and they never made another album. The other albums don't bother me, I just won't listen to them as much. I've never seen them live but I would love to, regardless of the material played. Shinji Posted January 7, 2015 Share Posted January 7, 2015 I don't have it, but MFSL was full analog everything and I believe deluxe was just remastered from the analog tapes and digitally pressed (at least that's what I read over on SteveHoffman, though that could be wrong). The deluxe sounds great, don't get me wrong, though the MFSL is probably the essential one to have. Also, people who own this, do you actually spin all 4 albums? Some of the bonus tracks seem a bit redundant for an extended listening session... (I have not heard the MOFI version, but i never felt it necessary to buy the mofi because this one sounds great). If you're a pinkerton fan, you're an idiot not to pick this up at this price.
