IanRees
07/02/11 – Sabot Productions will no longer be manufacturing any releases on compact disc. We will continue to release everything on vinyl & digitally. Our back catalog of compact discs could now be considered limited edition, as these will not be manufactured again. We’ve created a new t-shirt, ACT031, to commemorate this occasion. In other news, we are happy to announce that production on Lucero’s “That Much Further West” vinyl re-issue is now underway. This will be a 2xLP packaged in a gatefold jacket, with the second LP comprising the original bonus disc of live & alternate versions of each song on the album. http://sabotproductions.net/news The shirt is pretty cool, i will definitely be ordering on once the Lucero pre-order goes up (super excited for that, now bring on Tennessee) http://www.totaltreble.com/

Fartcat
It's my favorite Lucero album, so this is fucking awesome.
Guest weezytoaster
My heart sank when I read the title, I thought they were not pressing Lucero's back catalog anymore. Now I am stoked for TMFW.
IanRees
sorry the title was going to have "Lucero - TMFW re-issue" but it wouldn't fit
numanoid
As much as I dislike cd's, I dislike mp3's just as much. I hope more labels make flac available alongside their mp3 downloads.
thacriddler
Boner! God I hope Tennessee is next and soon.
AlexH.
Kind of surprised at how many labels of Sabot's size still put out CDs. Just throw all that shit on Bandcamp, charge $5 and save yourself the big upfront cost of pressing a bunch of CDs that people will throw away when they clean their houses. mclz
I thought it was funny When Planet-X announced they stopped producing CDs and Vinyl and said they will only produce cassettes.

derek123
I really hope its the original vinyl art work they had on the screened covers instead of the cd artwork. Either way, i'm very excited. Glad I waited and didn't drop a hundred bucks on this thing

BobbyHill
TMFW is going to be released on November 1st, according to sabot's site it said the preorder is coming soon. Wouldn't be surprised if they make a thread here when they post the preorder.

tattoomike
Will be getting this for sure. But since I already have the original press of this, I was that they'd put out the self-titled first. It's never been released.
jerseydave77
Time to get obsessive. The Nichols record sold fast (on gold) and I'm not sure there's a release I've been looking forward to more than this one.
