Still only really use my phone for calls/texting, and also email etc. I don't feel bad that I don't use it all the time because my total bill is $30 a month with practically unlimited everything. Regular apps I use (Android) include Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare, Words with Friends (smailtronic - anybody hit me up for a game), Pulse (rssreader), Google Music, Paypal, eBay, and Skype. You'll still receive calls/texts because those services don't require 3G), GO SMS Pro or Handscent (great replacements to the stock messenger app). They force close certain background processes which will start serious data and network issues. Use an antivirus app like AVG Free.
