Instead of sending me a new In/Casino out like they originally told me, she said they just processed a refund of 16.99 or whatever but not the shipping. Lame. She told me it was out of stock or something but I don't think that's accurate since it's still on the site. Also most PayPal refunds were pretty much instant and I haven't seen anything hit my account yet. Has anyone ever gotten refunded like that without the shipping? No me gusta. victorcleaner Posted August 25, 2012 Share Posted August 25, 2012 HT Customer Service took care of me... - sent me a new album at no cost BEFORE I returned the damaged one. - sent me shipping labels to cover the cost of the return of the bent-ass album. - refunded my $16.99 once the return hit their warehouse. If so, we have some seriously pretentious babies amongst us who cannot be pleased no matter what! I cherish over-packing because it cuts down on costs when I'm shipping records out! They dont put the price tickets directly on the jackets. 9 times out of 10 the records come shrink wrapped and the few that dont come poly bagged with the ticket on the outside of that.
