The dust cover looks a lot darker then I imagined but it the whole bundle looks pretty solid. "Smoked" dustcovers were the cool thing in the 70s and 80s. Or it could just be the lighting. Not sure how I feel about them though. I'm all about getting something no one else has, but I would want my TT to look a little more streamlined than this. They were all for it, but then today I got a call from my mom, saying she couldn't figure out how to order the record player so she was going to get me this one instead... Dear god no... I realize that, I figured if they already had a TT ready to have photos taken, they should already have the details of how they made it. Personally as much as I am eager for this to launch, I am more eager to hear from serious audiophiles (re: audiokarma, AVSforum etc.) Have patience, and set your bar low so in the end you won't be disappointed if this table isn't for you.
