Bad insomnia. Anxiety. Everything. I lay in bed with the tablet for hours before I drift off.

 

I have to find new TV shows on Netflix/Hulu and have them playing for at least an hour before all the crazy starts to dissipate (currently 3rd Rock from the Sun). I've tried medications but it just gives me a headache.

I've learned to ward off anxiety attacks with sleep. I wake up feeling pretty awful but if I feel a bad attack coming on and I'm in a position to do so...I just waltz right upstairs and into my bed.

 

I'm a light sleeper though as well, so I constantly wake up during the night.

I'm the opposite. I sleep through hurricanes.
