This adorable cute old lady sat next to him and had no idea who he was, but told him alllll about her grand kids. He was so kind and engaged and asked her all kind of questions. I shipped a record to Italy the same day and it was delivered after clearing customs 10 days later. I just hope I don't have to deal with this dude filing a claim, when I did my part. Meh.
