In the sense that when teams are small you want everyone to be invested and intelligent. When that isn't the case it becomes a lot more crushing. The biggest benefit to me is lack of specialization, you get to do and learn a lot more I think. Is your agency named after a color? Do we secretly work together? I had one of these once and learned about the magnet the hard way. I was carrying my beer and my pinky pushed on the magnet. Half of my beer spilled out the bottom. Sad day.
