It's a dive and sometimes he bartends or just hangs out. One time I got really drunk and sat at the bar amd kept asking him questions like I had no idea who he was. He got pretty annoyed. Whoops. I have no idea about the Milwaukee location, but the line starts to build up by 7am at broadway. like 25 or so people last year around 7am.
