sogross Posted April 24, 2013 Share Posted April 24, 2013 Just ordered today and haven't received shipping confirmation from zia yet. did either of you get shipping confirmations from zia? i was searching everywhere early monday for leftover RSD stuff and was elated when zia appeared to have ATDI leftover. my order went through and everything and then the next day i got an email saying "woops. we don't actually have any. we don't know how to keep track of our inventory." hopefully you guys have better luck. so far, my orders form vintage vinyl (manchester split) and bullmoose (silverstein/august burns red - four minutes being cool) have both shipped. still waiting on word from dr strange although i'm not too worried about that one since the both albums i ordered from them saturday night seem to be readily available other places. I made a purchase through them a day or two ago, and had no choice but to select $0.00 for shipping fees. (I believe I read that I'd be invoiced for shipping, separately, sometime later?) But they took my credit card number and my order, at this point, and I've received a confirmation e-mail... but that's it. Such strange payment and processing routines. No pun intended. Sometimes shop-worn issues come up, but since this is two day old stuff, that should be highly unlikely. The only other things that happen are missing items (i.e. shoplifted items) and race conditions (someone at a retail store grabs it before we can pick it for online sales) - which should also be unlikely. We'll do our best. I'm posting here because we can see a lot of incoming traffic from here and want to make sure y'all are taken care of. Our fill rate is around 99% -- which sounds good unless you're part of that about 1% --- so we keep working to make our fill rate as close to 100% as possible. Which, really, worked out for the better since I had ordered MO/GL/FR from different places expecting some cancellations then found one in a store here. Bull Moose Apparently this was total BS as I ordered the album from the site while still in stock, got an Order Received very early after it was onsale and then proceeded to watch the in stock drop over the next day or so (it still showed in stock at 1 store the next morning) while my order never changed status. 3 days later, I now get a flurry of emails from Bullmoose saying my order has been canceled because they sold more than they have. Ugggh! Not happy as I read these responses from Bullmoose and took them for their word and waited on buying from other sources.
