Assuming everyone ordered just 1 copy (yeah, right) and they have to mail out 500 individually, at this point they would have needed to ship about 24 copies/day to have them all sent by now. And I can't believe nobody else has mentioned it... they were ignoring cancellation requests, waiting for the product to arrive FIRST before responding to and refunding cancellation requests?
