forgeagain
That's not a variation. To make opaque yellow, United combines the gold vinyl (which is normally translucent) with white vinyl. They ALL have white in them. Just different shaded because they're not a stock color, it's a mix of the two. I pressed the exact same number of LPs (300) at the exact same plant (United) on the exact same color of vinyl (gold/white mix) and they look exactly like these. Some have a little bit of white, some are a little darker. They all got pressed at the same time, in the same batch.

forgeagain
Really? I just assumed they were at United because of the project #. Thought it looked familiar. Well, as long as people don't think they need multiple copies because some of them aren't mixed as well as others. That's just crazy. It's like tye-dyed shirts. No two are alike! scottheisel
did anyone else get a blue leche can carne? I did; it seems like most people got purple, though.
