sacredheart Posted February 1, 2014 Share Posted February 1, 2014 I had no idea they were a Christian band, if they are I didn't notice anything in their music indicating that haha What threw me off is the Rock part of christian rock, I dug what I heard, but I didnt hear any rock at all in the songs I listened to. I think I am going to get the new album when it was released. yeah me too, I've been listening to The Reckoning and love the whole album. but listen to the song oohs and aahs, definitely a rock element in that song. but the album is pretty diverse it that respect for sure. Which one is it? +1 I picked up The Outsiders in the Oldies sale and have been playing it a lot so I will be looking out for more. Unfortunately the LP did not come with the download code but had a sticker on on the jacket that said it came with one. I e-mailed his label, hopefully they will hook me up. What's cool is different people whose taste in music I respect have picked several different tracks as their favorite on this album & so far 5/10 tracks have seen spins at radio. My favorite song on All The Way Home is #6 'I Might Break'. I hear ya. If you still happen to have a clear when it is in stock and ready to ship, I will buy one. As with most probably, got the attention on her song on this new season of True Detective...which she is working with T-Bone Burnett for music for the show. He's also started a Americana / Folk / Alt Country / Emerging Artists festival in Appleton WI. If any of y'all are close by you should make a trip over.
