Prime 4 announcement was great. I've held off on buying a 3DS for so long even though I've always wanted one. Today with that Metroid 2 remake or whatever it should be called, I am going to finally pull the trigger. Screw the Switch (well not really, just for now). I'd rather buy a 3DS for much cheaper and experience a rich library of games for a fraction of the price. Been dying to replay Zelda games from my childhood and tons more on the virtual console. But if Nintendo proved anything today it is that the Switch is here to stay so I'll pick one up at some point next year--perhaps once we get a release date for the Pokemon game?

Cuphead is one of my most anticipated upcoming games, even more so now that it finally has a release date. But c'mon, I am not spending $100 on a soundtrack when I haven't even played the game yet. Seems a bit premature. And yeah I'll be pissed if I end up loving the game and the soundtrack is sold out by then and in the hands of mostly flippers, but still not dropping the money now.

Even with the 15% off, Amoeba is still overpriced. I ordered fro B&N. Under $40 shipped.

I'm assuming DKC is correct cause it looks like The Velvet Underground & Nico and that's the direction I anticipate being taken with that cover art. Metroid probably isn't accurate as that just looks like an in-game screenshot unless I'm missing something.

So does this mean a US variant is on the horizon?

Cope didn't have any diversity so it grew stale pretty quickly for me. Hopefully they find a good balance with this album.

Awesome, interested to see how you guys compete with Generation and Turntable Lab. It's interesting how the NY stores seem to have a speciality. Been doing a lot of exploring since I moved here in March. TTL has great hip hop and jazz (although new). Generation has solid punk and hardcore. Academy is great for classical. So I'm hoping that you guys see success. I might have some things to unload for inventory. I'll look through my list and see what I'd want to part with. Best of luck! Haven't watched 3 or 4 yet either. It's been tough avoiding spoilers. But man, I must have been smiling for two hours straight when watching the premiere. Like many people, I was thinking, Wow, I can't believe this is real and Wow, I can't believe this is so good. How is this upcoming weekend going to work? Will it be Episode 5 or will they be showing 3 and 4 on Showtime?

The artwork is super pixelated, right? I'm not the only one seeing it? It looks like it's just blown up CD artwork or something except for the track list text on the back, which is surprisingly clear. Don't know why that is clear but the text on the front is not.

Got my copy of AFYCSO today. Sounds okay. Some service noise but perhaps a cleaning will solve that issue. Also the cover artwork looks blown up. It's quite pixelated, most noticeably in the text on the cover. Bummed about that.

Nope, not a fan of this sound personally. At least not on those two tracks. Something tells me I won't like this album. Wasn't a fan of Wishful Thinking, but I love the EPs and LNOTGY. I do feel like Jeremy McKinnon's production on LNOTGY is a big reason why I enjoy that album though. Oh well. I guess I'll settle with the fact that WSTR's album is the follow-up that I wanted to LNOTGY (ok, I'm tired of acronyms now).

I'm surprised that there's many exclusive variants for this. I believe I saw a brown variant somewhere too. That being said, deluxe is fantastic. Never thought that a Bob's Burgers set would be one of the better box sets in my collection.

Really want the classic covers. Probably gonna double dip for both. Is the reason that these are different than the Death Waltz version a licensing thing? Kinda like Mad Max?
