Do they count as in you should be reporting the sales, yes.  If people are paying you in cash is there any chance you are going to be caught not reporting it....unlikely.

I'm sure he is reporting it...if not they will come for you.  If you get a 1099 and its not on your tax form you will get a bill in 6-12 months (trust me I found that out about 5 years ago).  You were always suppose to be paying taxes on these sales....now they are just making sure the middle men report it so they get their cut. Zero chance they change it.  As soon as the the Supreme Court gave the green light on taxing online sales everyone is trying to get their cut.

And just heard back, my bid did not make the cut (pun intended). 

Final minimum bid prices was $5,000 each.

I put in a bid...but I'm sure hype boys will prop that price up way higher than my pocket book.  I saw Kaws post one on his instagram yesterday in hand.

Foo Fighters at The Ryman on Halloween is one of my Top 10 all time shows.  Seen the Foos and Chevy Metal at all levels of venues and Taylor was easily one of my favorite drummers to watch.  Been listening to a lot of Foos since the news, but may change it up and play some Coheed tonight as Taylor killed it for any band he was playing with.

I'm guessing you haven't tried making a new ebay or paypal account in awhile.  Its a lot more steps and they very much verify your personal info.

You guys mentioning shows that aren't requiring masks or vaccines seems crazy!  So glad the few shows I have been to recently have all been strict on that.

This was a charity release.  Lot of very high end artist participated.  I tried for the Snoop Dogg LP but it instantly sold out.  There was plenty of demand for some of these pieces.

Picked up tickets to see Wet Leg, glad they expanded their tour a bit.
