I got some news for you. Posts still do not show likes and SRC said they mailed me a record two weeks ago that I still haven't gotten.

I forgot I made that fake April 9th thing for April fools. Hah

I guess I shouldn't have to pay for food then since I'm just going to shit it out later.

1. CDs are not the same as an mp3 for so many reasons.
2. You own 18 records so I don't believe you support artists that much through vinyl.
3. You argument is completely invalid.
4. Once you stop living off your parents money you'll have respect for people and their careers. Whatever job you end up having as an adult, you'll need to get paid for doing it to live. Musicians need the money to keep going. That's why a lot of bands break up because entitled idiots like you think they are " true fans" even if they torrent the music.
5. Who ever said art should be free? You pay to see movies or go to a museum. You pay for art. Next you'll be saying all food should be free. It's the same concept in your mind

Great bands and great prices.

Japandroids - Post Nothing when they first signed to Polyvinyl. I needed a new album for a trip, and they had an instant download if you preordered it. So I thought why not. It became the most perfect summer album ever.

I'll finally admit I was wrong.  Eric is simply a troll.  A very dedicated troll, but a troll nonetheless.
 

Bands do make a lot from digital downloads. Especially Bandcamp. 
 
Also when did people assume that they were entitled to free music?

Screw the hunt, waiting in line 2+ hours isn't my idea of fun.

On a HRVRD note. I got my test press in the mail today and the screen printed jackets are beyond beautiful.

I stopped following POZ via twitter during the whole FOB debacle. WAY too many updates about them, it was constant. 
 
I see why people like the site though, it's a one stop shop for that scene. We have a sports blog at my work that is essentially the same thing. He takes all the news reported on the local sports teams locally and nationally and posts/links to it from his blog and it's the biggest page in our market. 
 
People know they can find the latest updates at his site. Where he gets it is irrelevant to most. I've seen a band tweet something and then 2 minutes later he tweets out a link to a post on his site that is literally just the band's tweet. 

Not saying I have a stance either way. It's obvious how they run stuff, some people like it, some people don't.
