Dang, those are pretty!! Sad I missed out on the /300, but happy to have this album. It's really grown on me the more I listen to it. Hard to make a follow up album to Home, im sure. That album was just so damn good.

Yes, but only because the next book has not been written, so they would be at a stand still otherwise. I haven't read the books either, but don't mind reading about what should have happened according the books. I only looked into it because I find the sand snakes story line disjointed and confusing, and now I understand why I feel that way.

It was a good episode, and it covered a lot, but I don't like where they are going with the sand snakes and Dorne. It's a lot different then how it happened in the books, and seems kinda cheap and confusing. Show took a completely different route, and I'm not sure it was for the best.

True, but at least with Direct TV you also have it accessible online. If cable goes out during a game, we will typically pull it up online then connect the laptop to the TV. The MLB package is awesome, especially for stuff like that. I can watch games from anywhere, anytime.

I have Direct TV. Gotta have cable in my house because we are TV junkies and watch a lot of baseball and basketball. Typically you can call customer service with the intent of cancelling, keep asking for retention and be cool about it. They will typically lower your bill in order to keep you as a customer. I have to do that a couple times every year. Was recently able to get my bill from $214 down to $144, and I have the MLB package and all the HBO/Showtime channels. Also just consider changing providers. There are always some good promotional incentives going on for switching providers. Would be worth looking into. If you decide to get Direct TV, let me know and I can get you an additional $10 off each Month for being referred.

I'll also be watching FTWD. I enjoyed the first season.

My guess is on Abraham. They seemed to be focusing on him a lot for no real reason, and like many others have said... Spoilers only because I have read what happens in the comics.

I don't think anyone who has made it to this point will stop watching due to poor writing. If so, they should have stopped watching a long time ago, but I agree the finale was a huge let down. I did read some things prior to the episode that led me to believe they would pull that shit. Not surprised because they do the same thing time and time again, but still... they've been building up to this moment all season, and then spat in the viewers faces when they didn't show us who died. Lame.

I agree the song was a bit of a let down, but I feel like Thrice typically releases the worst song on the album as a preview. I'm not worried about this album being terrible. Thrice is one of the few bands that continues to push the envelope, and grow with their music. Dustin's voice is so different than what he has done on the last couple records, so I'm excited to listen to the album as a whole.

Honestly, if it is affecting you that emotionally and physically you should just end it, move on and find someone else. Doesn't seem like it's worth all of the stress. Congrats! I've been engaged for about 2 months now and I get the "it's alright" part. There is a lot of shit to do and plan, but enjoy all the free stuff that's about to come your way. Hit up some venue open houses. Free drinks, food, discounted shit. Make the most of it!
