For me, I'm not too worried about the sound quality.  I'm sure the Channel Orange bootleg sounds fine compared to what an official release would sound like (at least to most people).  I would just rather not waste money on a bootleg if I think that there will be an official release, which I think will happen here.
 
With Nostalgia Ultra, you can be almost certain that there will be no official release ever, so I'm buying the bootleg.  The sound quality might not be as good as an official release would be, but it's the only way to get it on vinyl and I want it.

I got my 180g black copy yesterday and spun it shortly after. I'm biased because I'm a big Appleseed Cast fan, but this album rules. Seems to blend their past efforts together to form a mature, refined sound. Love it. I look forward to wearing this record out.
P.S. : Graveface packs records well. I loved my extra pixie stick/eraser schwag.!

Just a general heads up regarding these comments: Invest in a $20 anti-static brush. (I like the one from MoFi, but there's cheaper ones.) I clean every record before AND after playing, and it makes a big difference. Next step is deep cleaning!! (Not there yet.)
 
And another solid investment is anti-static sleeves... The rice paper ones, or Discwasher. A pack of 50 is fairly cheap and I use them for any records that come in super-static-y sleeves. I'm not saying to throw the cool inner sleeves away.... Just store the actual vinyl in something a little bit better.

I still need this bad! I spent my whole day yesterday screening the free Finch sleeves for the board and I'm hoping someone can sell me a copy - anyone who can ill get you the actual cost & shipping cost + a special finch sleeve with hand painted watercolor background & ill make a custom test sleeve or tshirt for you !

MSRP is suggested retail. You also have to take into account that larger stores buy in volumes, but they also get stuck with stock that doesnt move. My largest local store must have had at least 15 copies of the Lips set by 3 still left. I am sure they sold a few but still are going to get stuck with them. Not all of these releases sell like hot cakes and alot sit.
 
They also have staff to pay, overheard of inventory, leases, etc. Just because you are a big store doesnt mean that you charge less
