My model just came yesterday. I've played two albums on it.
 
Both my table and my buddy's table, both the LP60, do this and in both our cases, and yours, the music sounds fine. But I don't feel as if it would damage your records significantly since the music sounds good, it sounds like it's not digging in real hard. But I'm pretty new too.
 
Everyone on these boards wants to damn to hell the people who buy this table because it it's not a $400 table. It's like $85, and I just figure you get what you pay for. Obviously yes, the 120 is better, but only if you can afford it. But as for the records, I don't feel like it's significantly damaging.

He could have told me about his cleaning machine and said to set the record on something flat and clean in his first post. Instead he wasted his and my time giving me advice on what to do if I "intended on continuing" to do something I didn't even know was wrong in the first place, pointing out typos for no reason, and filling the otherwise purposed thread with pointless responses. I just had a quick basic question that bared no real attention but because I was doing something wrong he felt the need to be snobby.
I'm not an ignorant Instagram vinyl nerd, and I've been a member of the community for awhile. Just gotta love the snarkiness towards the uninformed.

I don't think anyone is proclaiming how good or bad the new album will be. Saying "GOE can't be topped" is a little hyperbolic, but I don't think the people saying that are truly cemented in saying all of Nothing's output - from here on out - will be inferior. That's ridiculous. I don't think I have to be a clairvoyant to insist that GOE will be tough to outshine.
I guess we'll all sit quietly until Summer 2016 and not discuss the band's music or possible quality of new releases.
