  1. yeah this guy makes a lot of cool videos. heres one of my favorites:
  2. it grew on me. i liked soggy dog, and then when i heard sam, i thought it was one of the greatest EPs... ever! so i was hoping/expecting for them to go in that direction with their second full length... which they didnt. but after i got over that, i came to the conclusion that weight of air is a solid solid release.
  3. yeah.. i think its a rerun from last week... he really went all out.
  4. granted i havent seen the clip yet, as im sure i cant truly understand the experience by just reading it on blogs, at first this seemed to me to be some fucked up elaborate joke. like, on an andy kaufman level. in fact, there was an interview fat mike did before the set where he compared the act to andy kaufman. just totally disturb and fuck with the audience. and it seemed like it worked. i dont know.. maybe i need to see it.
  5. buutt i like my new jobbbbb http://www.last.fm/music/The+Tim+Version/_/March+22nd+Is+National+Quit+Your+Job+Day just dont forget for next year...
  6. They're all gone now. I was told that Mike doesn't want any videos on YouTube, which is pretty lame, considering it was a public performance, not a private rehearsal or soundcheck. But it is what it is, I guess. i dont know... i think it kind of adds to the mysterious/weird/what the fuck-ness about the whole situation. if you were there, you saw it, and if not, you have to rely on stories and reviews and so forth, which adds another level to it. regardless of what i think about the performance, its fucking interesting.
  7. fucking yes. i was never interested in AP, and i hate crunkcore and fashion rock and whatever as much as the next guy, but i always felt uncomfortable railing against teenagers like that. i admit that sometimes i get irritated at the existence of bands like this and the kids who listen to them, but at the same time, im only fucking 20. i listened to shitty music in middle school and worshiped tim burton and drew anarchy symbols on my binders. because i was 14 and thats what i liked. +1 sir.
  8. love most of the stuff posted already.. but here are some other classics!
  9. going to this on march 12th in the city... which happens to be the first day of spring break... as well as my 21st birthday... fucking stoked! really hope they keep that setlist. for those that went, how was cursive's set?
  10. 'thats what i love about these high school girls... i get older, they stay the saaaame age.' -dazed and confused (side note: this was my brothers senior year book quote.)
  11. haha just saw this last night... surprised at how good this was, although dc is still miles ahead in the animated-movies department.
  12. haha it is! well... i made a zombie movie with my friends in high school. we plaster-casted a bunch our limbs for some sweet gore scenes and thats one that we never got around to painting.
  13. this was my little set up in the summer... before i lugged everything up to school. its a pain but its worth it.
  14. im not saying this just cause you complimented my work (thanks by the way!)... but these are reallllly sweet. keep the fuck at it!
  15. all this stuff is awesome! loki... i love those cartoons. ive posted alot of my stuff on the old art thread.. but this is the newest thing ive done in awhile: its an album cover for some high school friends in a band called stash theory. they didnt tell me what they wanted, so i actually made them two covers. there using this next one as the image on the cd:
