UPDATE: Derek has contaced me and is refunding me my money. I'm not getting the record as it has been sold to someone else, which sucks, but I'm happy to at least be getting my money back.

Its hysterical that Derek said that if you still wanted the record to "make him an offer"  after you already bought it for 40 bucks.

Save your money, then just wait and grow up. Then you won't like Slipknot anymore. Problem solved.

EVeryone (all 18 of you) who haven't posted a picture have been contacted. If your SS hasn't done so you'll know soon enough and you can the send a scathing letter of how disappointed you are in them and their lack of being thankful. (sorta)

all great stuff! i'm really excited about everything my SS got me. i've been eyeing those mixtapes 7"s and broadway calls LP for a while and never got around to picking them up, so i'm happy to finally have them! i've heard some jon snodgrass and always meant to listen to more of his stuff, but i never seem to think of it when i'm trying to decide what to throw on spotify. i'm actually spinning visitors band right now and really enjoying it. i've already listened to everything else you got me and had a great time doing so. everything you sent was a huge win.

I saw that pop up and almost jumped on it just because of the price. I really should have, I guess. That's the beauty of the 'Scogs...you never know what you're going to get. I bought Face to Face's DTA on purple for $20ppd, listed as FAT pressing, just because it was $20. It shows up, first press, purple marble, and autographed with some little doodles by the band. Surprise surprise!!! Nice score, man! I'm totally jealous

I have never heard anything by them before, but I really dig this. It reminds me a little bit of Moving Mountains, which I love. Prawn has been a safe bet, actually I don't even know why I haven't bought it myself yet. The cat shirt is also cool. I guess now I'm officially the male version of a cat lady, haha.
 
As I haven't found a note with clues, I had to use my detective powers: The comic book was wrapped in a plastic bag from a New Yorker book store and the cat shirt is from a film company based in New York. That leads me to the conclusion that my Santa is most likely from the NY/NJ/CT area. If I'm not mistaken Dave works in the film industry, so he would be my guess.
