The discog prices really aren't bad imo, it was $35 in my shop...

I'm always pleased with the goods my store brings out on RSD, always tons of nice unusual records in their new arrivals used sections and priced right. They make way more off those anyway.

There are two nearby record stores who have a decent selection of newer albums, though pretty hit and miss depending on how obscure the artist is. Both range in terms of super competitive prices to $5-10 more than elsewhere. One is in a trendy part of town so the new stuff that comes out is gone pretty quickly and then the other is more likely to have it. For me it totally just depends. I like supporting the local shops, but I like supporting the artists directly as well, so I try to make it a mix bag, though admittedly order way more from the artists and labels than I do pick up in stores. With that said, most of what I'm after I would rarely find in the two shops nearest me.

I reeeeeally want a copy of Pinback's BSL, as it's been at the top of my wants list for several years, but with that said I'm going to show up an hour early and hope for the best.

I liked the first season, I like that it's a tad different perspective of the outbreak and I'm curious to see where they go with things.

I love this album, one of my all-time favorites, but $54 is a no go for me. Same here, the top of my wantlist, but I can't bring myself to drop that kind of scratch on a record.

Yeah, exactly! I felt like after that they wouldn't have the balls to do it again, but the showrunners were almost like here's the middle finger, we do have the balls to do it again, like the audience deserves to be punished or something. It'd have been one thing if it was good storytelling or even an otherwise good episode to leave us on that. But it wasn't.

I didn't say I wasn't going to watch the show again, but that was a terrible episode and was a huge turnoff. The cliffhanger doesn't excite me to see more.

Shark, jumped. I loved this show, and this episode was a huge turnoff. I'm not sure yet whether or not it was a complete deal breaker, but I'm not excited for season 7 to happen now at all.

Will have to get one if there is a fun variant, have the OG, but would definitely pick up another as I love this album.

They actually have a lot of really great priced records right now under $10, granted they don't offer combined shipping which is a little lame, but even with that said, I just ordered Local Natives - Gorilla Manor, Sigur Ros - Kveikur, and The Walkmen - You & Me for $38 shipped.
