Free to a good home. Just cover shipping from Toronto Canada. . To be clear, this is the bad copy with a "whoosh" noise over the first two tracks. *****does not include a jacket*****

PO: Animal Collective - Painting With - 2/19/16

Although I think the slipmat is really cool, I don't see the point. What use does the slipmat have in relation to the music. I'd have to sit there, put a cd copy of the album on, turn on a strobe light to get the full experience of this album. Maybe if they silk screened that pattern on clear vinyl and made it a double clear LP, so that when you spin the darn thing, you could enjoy the slipmat art WHILE listening to this. That would've been better. But then they'd make no profit....- 96 replies

You know what this needs, a good quality pressing/mastering. To my knowledge, they all sound like crap. It is also too bad that all that money was spent on issuing this on fancy colours instead of spending the money to get it mastered for a quality pressing. I'm sure if done correctly, this would sound awesome. I never play my copy for how horrible it sounds.

Yes. I totally agree. I was a little underwhelmed. But they do sound good.

Will those blink titles be in that store? Specifically the limited editions. -
Just got a SRC newsletter. Still unsure if the deluxe is limited to 2500-3000 or the entire pressing?

I think this needs a new thread. On mobile right now but maybe someone can start a new thread so it doesn't get lost in this one. Also, if I remember correctly, ATDI signed with Dine Alone here in Canada. That's good news for us Canadians, especially us from Toronto! I can purchase their album without shelling out a fortune. And go pick it up at their Toronto office. Win, win. -
