On the record again that it is really lame Radiohead won three letters. So much other music out there (even music I don't like). C'est La Vie. That said....
 

A little indifferent on this on the first listen. Sports clicked for me right off the bat but maybe this record just needs some time to grow on me.

Got my clear w/ black smoke in the mail today - looks pretty rad.

I just don't get the hate. It's (along with Pinkerton) my favourite Weezer album.

This. I don't know about you, but I almost will never spend $20+ on a new record (except for double LPs for obvious reasons). Just to give a quick rundown:
 
No Sleep: Record - $10-13 / Shipping: $4

You get the idea. I guess for more mainstream music like Lorde, OneRepublic, Imagine Dragons, etc. it's more - as I'm now seeing on Amazon - but I don't think the big record labels like Interscope and Capitol are going to be making their big sales off of vinyl, so they have to make as much money back on it as they can as opposed to the runs of CDs that they do or through digital downloads.

Good god am I thankful I didn't have a camera in my pocket and youtube when I was learning to be a person.
 
I don't know about the other videos but he seems like a good enough kid.

I honestly never heard of Macklemore until mayabe a week or two ago. I just listened to thrift shop. That has to be one of the biggest pieces of shit ever. 

That could be frustrating. You should probably do a bit of research beforehand, and stop buying shitty records.

Advertising is my biggest downfall in almost every facet that I have. I just feel strange talking up my own things constantly - I feel like I'd annoy people faster than I'd get people interested.

Definitely. It took me two or three listens to really get into it. I like the flow of it more so than St. Elsewhere. Like, St. Elsewhere had a bunch of awesome songs on it but it felt like too much of a "singles album," if that makes any sense. The Odd Couple seemed more like an album rather than a bunch of songs thrown together. I dunno, maybe that's just me.
 
Anyways, yes, it does grow on you. 

I managed to get 3 copies last night, but one of my merch girls claimed one... so after mine i have an extra up for grabs. a bunch of people messaged me about it.. so i guess the only fair way will be random.. put your name here if you're interested and when i get home tonite i'll draw a name for it? (according to the merch girl they're out of the tour press 7" color)
