That was awesome. Full of Hell is one of the best active bands in my opinion.

I'm so grateful they reissued these albums, I use to loathe this era of Swans and Jarboe. I have reacquainted myself with these records at a point in my life where they are FUCKING ME UP Also, including Blind on the reissue is the biggest gamechanger. Love at first listen.

I hope Gira is stoked on Public Castration is a Good Idea enough to reissue it through Young God... it's the only early Swans release I still revisit aside from spinning the (amazing sounding) repress of Filth and in my opinion it's just as essential. The studio recordings of Greed and Holy Money are okay, but Public Castration is the ultimate early Swans experience.
