that's correct, Revolver reportedly isn't shipping till June at the earliest

these are likely in stock and shipping now, haven't ever seen them take actual pre-orders for his stuff

there's a clear variant at Rough Trade and looks like they're offering an opaque purple which may be the indie retail variant

well yes, that seems to be the case now. this email from January indicated they planned to do the opposite, but considering how all the other plans for this release have gone,  i can't be too surprised at that haha. hopefully we will see individual copies show up soon.

I remember this being a not-uncommon thing in the early days of the Vinyl Revival™, specifically with Pirates Press - the VC Norma Jean box set and the Asbestos Records pressing of Bomb the Music Industry's To Leave or Die in Long Island both had gaps between gapless songs. It was confounding then and it's even more confounding now! Listen to your test presses!

and it bugged me enough to think of it instantly when seeing this comment haha

also, if anyone here ordered non-box set copies, would be curious when they show up. i thought they sent an email that those were going out first before the box sets, but my reading comprehension suffers at times haha

i think if it is indeed that limited, it's because they're testing the waters a bit. probably don't really realize the demand. with the mastering all done and nobody to license from, i imagine he'll keep it in print more or less. or i hope so at least

definitely wouldn't rule this out, this tweet suggests only one copy total per order (household?), as does the wording on the website.  

wouldn't hurt to keep refreshing this afternoon in case the label starts cancelling orders.

Received an email from Chris directly today. Said there was an issue with Stamps.com misbilling them that tied up a lot of money. Had to wait for a reimbursment to repurchase postage. Shipping out this week. Suggests to me that the original shipment notification/tracking in January has been rendered void by that issue with Stamps.com. And sounds like we'll have the records in hand soon!
