Received an email from Chris directly today. Said there was an issue with Stamps.com misbilling them that tied up a lot of money. Had to wait for a reimbursment to repurchase postage. Shipping out this week. Suggests to me that the original shipment notification/tracking in January has been rendered void by that issue with Stamps.com. And sounds like we'll have the records in hand soon!

OT isabout to drop a new one, if i end up ordering one ill lyk what i find out re: candy (i assume they'll keep going with the tea at the very least) they're mostly known for tapes though they do wax sometimes too, but Z Tapes always throws in a few different Slovakian candies

i got a bandcamp shipping notification for the band variant of this on 1/29, anyone get theirs in yet? wondering if that's a "label printed" notification or just media mail being reduced to a crawl yet again

Just got my color-in-color in and it's splendid. Way more blue to it than pictured in the Instagram post they put up a while back, and I really like it that way. Looks like they bulk shipped to the US and used a forwarding service stateside, which is probably the right move. My record came packaged like a tank with minimal damage to the mailer (and none to the contents).

love Darla, ordered VDC when it was on preorder along with another in-print title and they shipped the available title out immediately even though i had only paid media mail for a single shipment. was quite a nice srurpise.

was just telling a buddy that i was hoping to see this one on cassette to match all the others. gonna stick with my BTV copy of this 1 but very pleased to be able to complete a discography tape collection!

i received my cassette + art card bundle in from the UK today and no art card was enclosed. anyone else have this issue?

definitely some distorted passages, wasn't super focused on my first listen but definitely noticed it at the end of side A and B

i do not have my copy in hand yet (friday per USPS but we all know how that's been this last half-year :D), will upload a pic of it if it ends up looking noticeably different/better. i love the blue still and was on this thread in my feels for having missed it, but this pivot away from the black-white merge mockup has me much more content than on drop day. re: Meridional, i meant more that the Meridonal mock resembles what ended up happening for the Daughters S/T (though going back to the NJ mockups, which i didn't when making my inital comment, it's more the overall silver/greyness and less the pattern that is shared), while the Meridional final product for that variant is a dead ringer for the Daughters S/T mock. trading places or some such shit idk.

i would've totally done that trade based on mockups but i'm fairly happy to stick with my grey now, a happy ending for all involved (i hope :D)

looks like a grey marble with white + black wisps, very pretty. looks kinda like what the /500 Norma Jean - Meridional variant was supposed to look like (and that one ironically turned out to be a black-white merge like how this one was mocked lol)
