maybe, maybe not...but it makes absolutely zero sense for a brick and mortar shop to sell this on line (or honor preorders), when the item is this rare and in such high demand

I received Grant Green's Matador and Bud Powell's The Scene Changes from Music Matters today. I'm excited to give them a spin, as I've never listened to either album before. This is my third shipment as part of the subscription, and seventh overall Music Matters purchase. These are easily the nicest records I own, and they've all sounded fantastic.

What's good about Judge?

I can't get over this stupid opinion. It's one thing to hate the band, this genre, whatever, but you thought it was terrible because it attracted meatheads? You don't like certain types of music because of the type of people it attracts? Then you're not listening to the music for the sake of the music, clearly, at least in this case, you're listening to it because of the image it represents. Youth crew ruined punk rock for you? That's such a dumb and hilarious thing to say.

A good starting point is all the bands that came years before them because Judge is a fucking terrible band. All that youth crew shit ruined punk rock for me because it was so terrible and attracted the worst goons and meatheads.

As a guy in his 30s, who cares what people at the mall think of you for walking into a store to buy something you want? Is this really something people think about?
I go into HT stores all the time and obviously no one in there knows I work for the company. There's always people in there shopping that are older than me and literally no one cares how old you are when you go into that store or any other store. Seems like a really silly thing to even think about.

^ Wrong, my copy sounds incredible. Very, very small bits of surface noise in super quiet parts, but the dynamics of the record are great and it just sounds like an awesome OST on vinyl.

What the hell?  I am extremely disappointed in our intern's record-holding technique.  Vinyl-party foul.

How I feel when I my local store has no more Dejas left.
