Easily my favorite record and jacket artwork. Has 4 rules from the movie, one each inscribed on every runout. One is ALWAYS CHECK YOUR CANDY.

This came in today. I have to say it far exceeded my expectations. The sleeve is "marshmallow" and all in all, is about 1" thick. Super high quality as well. Gatefold. The prints are fucking SWEET. and it actually does smell like marshmallow.
My best friend is getting this as a surprise because, well...

And yes. She's into records.

I feel really bad for someone if obtaining $300 is incredibly hard.

I am certain you didn't get feedback from anyone on VC stating we didn't want to know what time something we are interested in would be made available.
 
If anything we'd rather know when something is going up, and if we don't end up with one in our cart or it sells out we can shrug and say "I tried". Bummer, but no big deal. If instead it's missed because it went up at some random time and we can't afford to sit on your website all day refreshing it hoping an item we're interested in is made available, all you end up with is angry customers who don't wish to do business with you again. ***(see the waxwork F13 release thread for sources)

This is really dumb and living proof that people will buy anything. A marshmallow sented sleeve?! I love Ghostbusters and I love vinyl but not one bone in my body would be willing to pay $30 for 2 songs... Much less $60. Ugggh.

I got a Teenage Bottlerocket boxset from Interpunk that has a giant gash in the box, didn't email them. I've been waiting for Count Your Lucky Stars to replace a severely scratched record for over a month now and I'm still without. Am I losing my shit? Nope. Will I? Naw. Shit happens and we're all human. Humans fuck up, nothing is perfect.

I'm on a self imposed vinyl ban at the moment (went a little crazy with purchases this month) but I keep telling myself a sweaters not vinyl..... Nothing like trying to get out on a technicality with your own conscience.

no need to be a cunt, i can read. sometimes websites stream new singles ahead of time and on the actual PO date you get the single as a digital download with your order. hence why i stated "here's to hoping"

I tried so hard to get the picture disc. Shit. I woke up 25 mins after they announced the drop today. I was awake previously but decided to go back to bed for a bit..... I did manage to get  the candy corn but all I wanted is the picture disc. I had no idea there would be this much demand for the movie.
 
I guess this 2nd chance today was truly the last chance?  If anyone here can help me out, that would be amazing
