this came in from amazon today. just listened to it all the way through and it's a killer soundtrack. Those Coppollas know how to put together an OST. I wonder how long it's going to take before this one is also 100+ on ebay

the Brian Reitzell/Shields originals sound great; but the Sebastian Tellier, death in vegas and Air tracks are something else. which reminds me, somebody needs to repress talkie walkie...

ironic, I've seen the film multiple times and love it, but I've probably played this soundtrack hundreds of time. one of the best soundtracks of the 2000s, no doubt.

listened to the whole record and I stand by my statement. this copy sounds awesome. I can't imagine the original sounding significantly better, honestly. plus, the whole Japanese press vibe of the record seems to fit the subject matter perfectly. I might try to get the other colors....

the UO cover is awesome and is IMHO more iconic than the vanilla release. Going to pick this one up for sure - it's gonna be available in stores right?

picked up the score and ost - I think Dev Hynes is a genius and I'm down to listen to whatever he does. Shame that the movie isn't that great.

the second "City girl" washes over you you'll know that you made the right choice. This press is the real deal. I have never heard the original press, but it's tough to imagine it sounding better.

green bootleg came in. Sounds excellent. I own the picture disk version and this one sounds a lot cleaner. Great deal for those of you still missing out on this soundtrack. I honestly picked up extra copies for gifts in the future, don't know if this one will ever see the light of day again. The jacket, insert vinyl, labels are all printed with beautiful quality, honestly it looks like and sounds like a japanese official press. Does not scream bootleg at all. Now onto the marie antoinette!

some of my most favorite records came from UO / hot topic in the early 2000s. I'm looking at you, yeah yeah yeahs s/t. still the best picture disc I own

hate on UO all you guys want, but they get a free pass from me for pressing the blue/red variant of m83's hurry up we're dreaming. I still remember seeing an entire shelf of those just sitting there....

FNL the tv show is vastly superior to the movie. for those of you who haven't seen it - Netflix has it up for free. I recommend both you and hippielauren check it out. One of the best tv shows in the past decade

bought this at 225 and it was worth twice the price. this is a historical tome. the box set, packaging, quality, attention to detail is top notch. The new 9/11 memorial actually has a copy of this set in its permanent archives and on display. 125 is a no brainer
