i was there at their final show in houston texas when they broke up on stage. Nick Diamonds chugged an entire bottle of red wine, threw the bottle into the crowd and just ranted for 20 minutes in the middle of haunted house. Eventually Alden left the stage after 5 minutes, then Jaime, then Nick ended up rolling on the ground moaning and trying to roll off the stage with the fans pushing him back on. Probably the greatest show I've ever witnessed live

this album is the best i've heard all year. Easily their best work yet, extra excited for this one to come in

preordered the congress vinyl earlier today. limited to 500 white copies, awesome score

this came in from amazon. The vinyl is at least 200grams if not thicker, extremely heavy. the sound quality is probably one of the best in my collection, an amazingly clean and dynamic pressing. The gatefold has that matte gloss feel and the whole package is just very deluxe. definitely don't regret preordering this

this may be one of those moments where after you spend a month or two in college and realize that you totally have space for vinyl, and that it would be awesome to have at school because you made friends that would actually appreciate your indie rock collection, but you ended up selling everything for cheap 2 months earlier....

friday night lights soundtrack! congrats to whoever thats going to... it's one of my favorites

there's quite a few tracks on here that have never been pressed on vinyl, including the froufrou one. does it also boggle your mind that almost famous soundtrack goes for near 300 dollars, or that any of the other soundtracks from this era (early 2000s) regularly go for triple digits? this is one of the stand out soundtracks of the past 20 years.

Karen O is one of the most prolific and well respected artists of the past decade with a bunch of cross genre appeal. Her recent solo work was featured in the movie Her and even got her an academy award nomination (and is excellent). This was never going to last as long as a captured tracks box set (which sells out pretty quick anyway)
