The way the system is set up, DOBs are needed for background checks, which is dumb. If I'm applying online, I don't mind because I trust that it will go to someone else. If the person that's interviewing me hands me an application and it asks for DOB for background check, I'm a little more apprehensive.

When I think of trolling I think of someone coming in here and acting like they are one of us, but making fun of the things we tend to obsess over at the same time. Usually you can tell what they are up to. They should be ignored. Obviously the recent dude should be ignored. People that have a genuine question, but just didn't use the search function, should be helped and then the thread locked. Or just not be allowed to start a new thread.

The bigger issue is keeping it sealed.

It sure is, but what can you do? You can't claim age discrimination unless you're over 40 and even if you are, you have to prove that they used it. Plus if you don't answer, you don't get the job. Good thing I didn't want the job.

I didn't know the first two records were repressed on splatter. Nothing says D4 like splatter. One of my favorite bands, but I'm not a fan of their shirts. Would you wear one of those Beatles shirts with the names of the D4 guys? I can't decide if that's dumb or cool.

It's a short list of bands where the Fat debut holds up to the prior work.
