There isn't anything you can report ebay sellers for on preselling RSD items.
As long as you can ship something within 45 days you are allowed to presell on ebay.

Luckily I have about 200 pop-punk records, and an only interested in the RSD Deja as a money-making scheme. After seeing that ETID 7" got for so much, there's no way I can resist fucking over some stupid Brand New fan.

If it were me, I would research the LP I want and buy the best sounding press (usually the first press). By the way OP, this is definitely not the site for researching the best sounding press. This site is good for keeping an eye out for Pre-orders...that's about it.

That all sounds annoying, but honestly, if that's the worst experience you've ever had when buying vinyl consider yourself lucky.

Let me know how many copies of the DFA1979 record I sell,...you know since I have so many copies of a record that will only be sold thousands of miles away from where I am.
