Agreed. I would probably trust U-Turn to get it right over other manufacturers, but always a good idea to check. To the poster with the problem, you can pick up a digital scale on Amazon for around $12. It's worth it to make sure your tracking force is correct. You just need to find the manufacturer's suggested force for that cartridge.

Which cartridge is it? If it was one of their installed cartridges it should have been set to the correct tracking force at the factory.

I don't recall being able to see Order History. I do remember getting shipping confirmations. But it always took forever for things to ship from them. It's been a while for me too, but I think I remember getting shipping confirmations but the item didn't actually ship until a couple days later.

I always have their ad come up on Facebook (Probably because I read all of the articles about then), and the comments under the ad are obviously controlled. It's just people asking if they get to keep their records. I'm sure there's been many deleted comments.

The only way to find out is to buy it!

It is definitely a thing. But it could also just be static. Does the record feel like it has a lot of static electricity on it when you handle it? Or does it stick to your slipmat? If it does, more than likely static is your problem.

You NEED to listen to "And The Glass Handed Kites". Hands down one of my favorite albums of all time.

I used microfiber cloths, but I ended up going back to the ones that it came with. The microfiber ones seemed to be creating a lot more static on the record after I cleaned it. That didn't happen with the supplied cloths.

I went through some miserable experiences with the Spin Clean and having records have more surface noise. Then I figured it was because I was letting too much fluid air dry on the record. I started drying them as soon as I took them out of the bath and haven't had a problem since.
