Unfortunate that it's Jagjaguwar again. Great label with horrible QA/QC on their vinyl releases. Wouldn't be surprised if this is also a noisy press.

Used the sleeves for hundreds of records. Got a bad batch that scratched a handful of my new albums, a few out of print Grouper albums too. Tons of hairline scratches that weren't there before. Emailed the company and they admitted there was a bad batch. Wouldn't do anything about it though. Threw all the Diskeeper 2.0 away immediately. edit - Scratches like this across both sides, on many albums:

Love everything about seam splits. Mostly the people that complain and return them. I pick them up for >50% off because of a minor seam split. I have many like that. Doesn't bother me. Part of the hobby. Deal with it or gtfo.

Every album has a defect under certain lighting. If you play the record you will realize it is only cosmetic. Does not affect playback. Silly reviewer.

Loved Bad Vibes I've given Dark Red a few listens before deciding whether I should pick up the vinyl copy. It's really not doing anything for me though. Seems like he took away everything I loved from Bad Vibes and made it sound like generic electronic-based music. I really want to enjoy it. Maybe I'll give it a few more listens.

I've had Sacred Bones send me the wrong records. They're typically fast to respond and sorted everything out. They also covered shipping. It was a pain, but it turned out fine. I think they're only a 2 person operation, so it might be slow.

Received a record today in a mailer. Great condition. I have never had a problem with Hastings and have ordered several dozen records from them. No complaints here.

Looks like most Radiohead albums on B&N are labeled Parlophone. That would be awesome if true. Let us know what you receive.

Hastings has sales all the time. They have relatively low prices and cheap shipping costs. Most likely they were inundated with orders due to an error on their part with the sale honoring more than one item. You should be happy they are not canceling orders. Settle down.

The soundtrack hype is hilarious. Never understood it. I like the songs in a movie because of how well they are placed within. If I want a mix I will make it. I think it's the top contender for dollar bins in the future alongside Grease, The Big Chill, and Animal House.

My purple sounds great. Maybe 10-20 seconds total of surface noise through out the entire album, but that could be due to a cleaning issue. Gonna spin it now actually.

Agreed. It really is a phenomenal album. I'd check that out first. Acid Tongue took me a while to really get into. Some of the songs are hit or miss for me. 'Trying My Best to Love You' and 'Sing a Song for Them' are some of my favorites.
