My order finally showed up. Took them almost a month to ship it (shipping label has an 11/28 date). 2 of the 4 records I ordered are missing, and weren't on the packing slip, but shows they shipped on the status online. Didn't get a note or refund or anything for the missing records (True Widow - S/T and Mastodon Remission Box). Will try to call them up tomorrow to get this sorted out but overall this was a pretty shitty experience. First time in at least a dozen orders I have placed with Relapse that I have had an issue. Just thought I would share.

Yeah same here. I have had some stuff ship that CCMusic sent me a cancellation email for, so I am not too worried yet.

Double check on that. I have received multiple cancellation emails for pre-ordered items (which show as back ordered in their system) however when I check the status on their website they do not show up as cancelled. If you are simply getting emails that say things are cancelled, I don't really think they are.

I am done. Just placed a 4th order, 26 records this time. I did get a single record shipment with the wrong record (and wrong packing slip...in fact it was an Import CDs packing slip for a guy in Australia). Hopefully not too much trouble to get the correct record sent to me. I have spent a stupid amount of money on records because of this sale, however, I have also saved a ton of money on records I likely would have bought down the road. Just die already code!

It has been confirmed many times. You will not be charged for items until they ship. They will charge you the full shipping amount on the initial shipment, and there will be no additional shipping charges after that.

I am aware. Have the black copies been sent to retailers?

Will these hit US distributors soon?

I think the consensus was that smaller orders (5 or less maybe) records would ship USPS and larger orders would ship UPS or the like. It seems to be similar even in the US. My first 2 order have shipped via USPS Priority Mail (which has been fucking awesome), and my most recent massive order is shipping UPS (which is not a big deal other than its slow as shit compared to Priority Mail). Someone from outside the US might have a better detailed response for you, but I think the bottom line is a gamble on who they ship with.
