The ones I read did, but thats's neither here nor there. The fact remains that it still doesn't make him any less of an asshole because it's life saving medicine for "only" 2000 people per year instead of the entire aids/hiv population. He has also done similar things before.

I would probably argue that if anything was "devaluing" our experience with music that it would probably be gimmicky bullshit.

It always like that with bands I like, they come to Paris and then go to all the small german town. Weird

These guys have just announced their European run and the UK dates are dire. The only show in the north is a festival in Manchester for which tickets cost £70. Nah. 
 
Actually, looking at it, this tour is kinda oddly skewed; 1 show in France, but 5 in Germany? Odd.

2 or 3 different pressings share the same cat number here (gatepost 0004) ; one from 2014 (gray/aqua blue and bone white) and one from 2015 (green/bone, bronze/swamp and black). The tour edition of 2014 is "gatepost 004", don't know if it's the same.
It seems you just bought a LP from the 2014 repress, and the jackets are the same.

Bumping this thread just cuz there's a shitload of hilarity tonight in Whirr's Twitter. They're trolling all and everyone and so many panties getting twisted up.

It's not really about me being offended or hurt, it's about how stunned I am that people still believe the freedom to use this word flippantly for shitty internet jokes is more important than having just a tiny little bit of respect for fellow humans.
 
The fact is that hundreds of thousands of people have suffered extreme intimidation and violence by people who love to use this word. Every night people are followed home from bars by groups of men screaming this word. Countless members of our communities end up in hospitals with cracked skulls and mental scars that never fade, and the perpetrators of these violent acts are shouting this word as they lay their boot in. Why would any reasonable person just not use such a pointless, useless word that causes so much hurt in the world? Is it really that much to expect?

And here's the key. You aren't affected by it, therefore it doesn't bother you. However, there are plenty of other people out there that it does bother. What does it hurt to try to consider other people before you speak? I'd imagine there are things that offend you, that you would appreciate if people would extend the same courtesy
As for the whole Twitter situation, personally I'm gonna give the dude benefit of the doubt until he proves otherwise. I've certainly said my fair share of idiotic, hurtful things on the internet in the past (though admittedly nothing along these lines). I'm not excusing this in any way, just noting that it's a learning process and hopefully he has matured since those were posted, issues a sincere apology and doesn't do something like it again
