Sooooo...a few weeks ago I was hospitalized with chest pains and shortness of breath. I thought I had been having issues with asthma for the first time since I was a kid; they held me overnight for testing to confirm I wasn't having a heart attack. I was diagnosed with non-cardiac chest pain and had pulmonary testing ordered. I'm waiting for an appointment now, but even though they told me I'm not in danger and don't need to come back to the ER, I'm pretty sure I'm going to die at any moment. Anybody had any similar experiences??? This is the worst!!! :-) :-) :-)

Kind of off topic but...anybody have any experience with Rocksmith? I used to have people to jam with and stuff every weekend. Now I barely even play guitar and my skills are just waning. I thought about picking this up just to give myself an excuse to play and maybe learn new things and challenge myself again. Good idea/bad idea?

the guitar work on this album is totally underrated. Probably some of the most interesting of any rock album in the early 2000s.

You have to admit that...any Detroit team has a fanbase that others loathe. Maybe not as much as Philly or Boston fans, but people hate Wings fans nonetheless. It's just amusing to see online. Especially since the Blues push a long-dead Wings rivalry hard.

Blues are the team I'm gonna root for in the west. Oldest team to never win a cup, I grew up in Missouri, and it's funny to me that they used to be owned by Purina. Also, their fans fucking HATE Wings fans. But so does everyone. Haha

Not entirely relevant, but I was thinking yesterday...is there a band that has more covered songs worth listening to than the Pixies? They've been covered by so many bands, and more often than not, even really exceptionally skewed takes on their songs are worth hearing.

"On fleek" is just terrible, it's neither particularly evocative, nor does it roll off the tongue. It just calls attention to itself, the centerpiece of a sentence that didn't need to be said. Seriously, anybody that says it should just shut up for a year. It's the kind of thing said by people who talk too much in the first place.
