Good to hear! I will probably grab this at some point for sure then. I have not even started season 2 yet but I just finished re-watching the final episode of season 1 last night so I am looking forward to it! Also, that entire Bobby Charles album is an underrated classic imo.. I actually just posted it a few days ago in the recently purchased thread. Light In The Attic did a fantastic job as usual with the reissue.

The early copies were autographed as well which probably helped justify the higher price for big enough fans I guess. I was not feeling the few tracks I heard from it honestly besides the new Cage verse. I will say the packaging and artwork look awesome but even at 35 I am going to pass.

Yeah! I was shocked to see it at that price. The extra gatefold content and explanation of the album from Brian Wilson is a nice addition to have as well when I play it now.

I can now say The Holland pressing of 36 Chambers is MUCH better then the us re-issue you see for dirt cheap everywhere. The Pete Rock along with the CRB album in another picture got there jackets damaged in the mail from amazon so they both ended up being free so can't complain too much about it. Top left is the Test Pressing for Snoop's Malice N Wonderland album which I got for like 10. Below that is a pre-order gift from Eligh (Living Legends) a verse I picked hand written by him with a little note at the end which came out pretty awesome I thought. The Sturgill was on clearance for $11 at fyes of all places. Jack White was a super lucky find from a 3rd party seller on amazon for 13-14 shipped. Got lucky on Bullmoose one night as well and found The Beach Boys double lp for 13 along with the orange Ryan Adams for like 6-7.

I got in on a free 6 month trial a few months back and was not expecting much but I ended up loving it. It is my go to streaming service on my phone and computer now. If you do not have any other premium memberships and stream music a good amount it is def. worth $5 a month imo.

Nothing wrong with funk at all! I got at least a little love for pretty much all genres but that is one where I am much more picky so the chance they choose something I would be cool with dropping $30 on is very slim. As long as the next record is Morby along with some funk the following month I am not going to go for another 3 month payment, they can wash down a warm glass of shut the hell up with any further clues as far as my interest goes at least. Fever To Tell would be a tremendous looking trophy though!

At least with Fiona even though I knew it would not be a heavy played record I can see myself playing it here and there and def. enjoying it. This Morby dude imo just has mediocrity written all over him from everything I have heard. He is not terrible but no way in hell worth $30 for any of his material. I saw that ex-employee conversation on reddit and seen him mentioning there was a def jam release coming soon so I was hoping something hip hop but with this and then the July records first hint is something funky I am def. stepping away for a few months probably and hoping for something good again later in the year.

I bought the Return Of The Living Dead OST last year which they did and it sounded really good. I was pleasantly surprised because at the time I was in the same unsure situation. Since then I have not bought anything else they did but have seen people talking about a few of the releases and it was always positive. As far as the packaging I would say it is mid-level. Nothing extravagant like a Mondo, Waxworks etc. (which probably helps them keep there stuff at very fair prices) but it is def. not cheap either. Good solid non-gatefold jackets with polylined paper sleeves seem the norm from the releases I have seen.

It was def. a shock seeing how 2 people dropped 160 on it just last month. that would make me sick haha, 160 to 9 in a month.

Yeah, i'm not due to receive my packaged until at least the 17th. Epically slow considering tons of people already have it but as long as it comes undamaged I can live with it.

I would also suggest not grabbing the fiona record right now. I still not have even gotten my shipping notification so you are going to see a massive amount hitting the bay and discogs in the coming week or so when everyone has received it.

Yeah, any popular release with a low number will go very quickly but I will say since they added the new rule where members are only allowed 1 copy of new releases things last MUCH longer then in the past. The store opens at 9am Pacific time but many times it opens a few minutes before so it is a good idea to keep checking to get a bit of a head start.

Just wanted to say thanks to whoever originally posted about Action records! It looks like my Isbell order went through so I got everything I wanted this year all at good prices. I also got my 1-2-3-4 order delivered today and everything was looking good.

Yeah, I got an Isbell from there as well haha.. They had very fair shipping prices so it only came to like $26-27 after conversion. Now, let's just hope they actually have all these copies.

Just in case anyone sees this that is contemplating ordering from the site it finally came to a conclusion. 5 months later (was supposed to be 3-5 days ha) and tons of emails I finally got the record randomly in an odd shaped box that was way too big with no protection. Luckily it only had a few corner bends (I was just happy to end this). I am 99% sure the only reason I even got it in the end is because I contacted another artist who knows The Grouch and Eligh and bugged them TWICE for me. I still never got any messages back from neither The Grouch or Eligh besides the one I got months ago so needless to say I still lost a ton of respect for both of them with the zero fucks given attitude. Hands down the worst experience I ever had dealing with an independent artist. Pretty much every other time it was a complete 180 experience.

I ordered around 11pm on Saturday night and my order shipped out on Tuesday. It is taking 5 days to get to me and I only live 3-4 hours from the shop so I will update once I get it and hopefully everything is all good. In the 1-2-3-4 thread on here a page or two back there were a few other people who had there orders shipped already as well so hopefully yours goes out soon.

Damn, missed Isbell again! It does seem like aftermarket prices are creeping down more and more as well at least. There are still some people dropping 100+ on it though.
