No. Trump uses OPP which is smart. Hillary steals other people's money which is a war crime.

Personally I love the idea of being completely free from the shackles of logic and reason. It reminds me of Plato's the cave which was a story about a liberal who tries to tell honest hard-working Americans that the shadows on the cave wall arent fantastic shapes that they can control with their mind and whatever limited limb mobility their chains can afford. It's a fantastic book, it's one of the greatest books. Plato was a Republican and I've heard people say that he's a huge fan of Donald Trump. Plato called Donald Trump on 911 and they talked about how Trump opposed the Iraq war; meanwhile Obama was entirely absent from the Oval Office. This is a fantastic post.

After a few full listens, I'm convinced the band wrote these songs as spec trailer music for upcoming DC Comics films. So many songs sound like broad, cheesy 3-4 second clips that you'd hear in 'Suicide Squad 2 TV spot #5' or in something "dark" and "dangerous" like a commercial for a Lexus driving through a cloudy grey desert; and those production ready clips have been stitched together and spread out into 2-3 minute pieces. Otherwise, this is just a weird schizophrenic album of bad ideas. At least, Uno, Dos, Tres felt like they were trying to write rock, punk, and genre songs that were cohesive.

Revolution Radio could have been an awesome post-Insomniac straight-ahead fast song if they'd have subbed in any other words in the human language other than "revolution radio" into the chorus and if they had abstained from that cheesy foreground guitar part that cuts in every once in a while.

Weed is the new posters, t-shirts, and fashion apparel. It sounds like it's going to be the thing they actually make money on.

There was one at the store in Pasadena for many months earlier this year.

Name one thing Trump has done that might be a problem? Be strong? Be bold enough to use OPP? Aren't those the kinds of things we need to get America back to greatness?
Now, name one thing Clinton has done that ISN'T a problem? She's been sick for the last 15 years. She lies about everything. Her foundation steals other people's money. And she is 100% dependent on water to live. Do we want our president to have to cut their diplomacy meeting with Putin short because they need to go hydrate?

It's going to be sad if Amoeba calls it a day. The LA store is already swirling with rumors about closing once their lease is out. If they have to become a weed shop to keep their store open, I guess that's better than the alternative.

Love Bazan but the Xmas 7" never really struck a yuletide cord with me, unfortunately. Cool that they're getting a proper 12" release tho!

The difference, IMO, is the Hot Topic mall-punk arena-grand-standing has been replaced by a really bad post-Jimmy-Eat-World rock radio 'light pop punk' production and choices of vocal melody. Same level of songwriting but a different flavor of bad. Odd too since they're aping younger, less talented bands that wish they could do what Green Day does at their worst.

This song basically answers the question of "What would Green Day sound like if they were born 15 years later and were a mid-2000s terrible nu-emo/pop-punk band?"

As of a few days ago, they also had the 2016 National side projects on their discounted list of titles (EL VY and LNZNDRF).

You can pull a shareable link from that widget (if you ever get it to load). I have mine handy and I've been able to share it easily and quickly with folks who have PMed me.

4 out of 9 for a non-genre-specific vinyl club seems like a decent ratio. I'm super picky with what I'll buy and I've signed up for 3 so far (Weezer, MMJ and Beck).

I already have an OG copy of Maladroit but the idea of a repress still excites me. One of my favorite Weez albums.

You are correct. My posts are sarcastic despite being somewhat faithful to the inference of other, less-sarcastic posts. Don't be fooled by my misinformation and lies.

I've only been a member for a month but I got no notice that the Bazan lathe went live. Is that something that hardcore subscribers know is updated on a particular day? Was there an email announcement? Are the 100 lathe versions sent at random to subscribers?
I believe, though, that any members will get a non-lathe/non-limited 7" version as part of their subscription perks for October.
