Tried to order the red from the C.M. Europe site, but not only does it try to charge me VAT (which I shouldn't have to pay), it tries to charge me some other tax on top of it. Bullshit. Pass. Meanwhile, C.M.'s US site has NO vinyl options.

ATLP120 direct drive turntable in great shape, includes box, manual, Recoton preamp, Shure M97xE cartridge which has seen a lot of play but still sounds great, RCA cables if you need them. A friend of mine cat-proofed his Expedit by hanging a sheet of plexiglass over the front. Pretty simple and effective solution.

I didn't babyproof anything. My daughter had full access from day one to my shelves and my stereo, and I've never had an issue. Every kid is different, but I think if they're used to them being there from the beginning then it all just kinda becomes part of the background. If it's "forbidden fruit" then it's going to tempt them even more.

Email them, they will replace it for you. For some reason if you make a big order they will pack it like a tank, but if you order one LP they just throw it in a mailer. So fucking annoying.
