Weird...I've had all sorts of billing/shipping issues with them (seems to happen almost every month) but they're always quick to respond and fix it. What email address did you use? [email protected]?

I'm OK with a record that isn't dead-quiet, but what really irks me is when they are all scratched up right out of the sleeve. This seems to be a common problem with modern "vinyl revival" era stuff, that I don't ever recall encountering in the past. I think when the edge is cut there are often little pieces of vinyl left over, and instead of being blown off or whatever they just leave them, then those bits break loose in the sleeve and rub against the surface of the record. I bought 2 copies of Black Earth and both are all marked up. Blerg.

Discogs is easier and better IMO, unless you have some super-obscure title that no one is aware of. That's the big advantage of eBay over Discogs, the ability to use keywords. But you can see how many people have a given title in their wantlist on Discogs, if it's a high number then I would use them. They have lower fees than eBay as well, which will add up if you're selling a lot. I personally haven't sold records on eBay for years.

Records shipped from Europe are almost NEVER packed properly. Those envelope mailers are garbage.
