I only use that thread for vinyl-specific discussion, whereas the general Doom/Stoner and Black Metal threads survive here with more general discussion. Maybe there isn't enough interest for a DM thread, since this one didn't last

Came across this thread doing some DM forum searches. Any interest in getting this thread going again? We have fairly active threads devoted to Doom/Stoner and Black Metal, seems like a Death Metal thread could gain some traction, especially given the amount of quality releases there have been over the last two years. Undergang - Misantropologi as well as Tomb Mold - Manor Of Infinite Forms are two favorites in heavy rotation for me lately.

My copy arrived safely today. Harmonic Tremors is a blue with some pink and white marble - Birds of Prey is brown with some black marble, kinda looks like bird poo so that works

Finally listened to Altar of Perversion's 'Intra Naos' yesterday. Had to go back through this thread since I'm a few months late, but it doesn't look like it has been discussed previously. Two hours of the best new black metal I've heard in 2018. So good!

This was the case for me, but after they very clearly bootlegged 'Distant in Solitary Night' LP's and tried to pass them off as 'original deadstock first presses' from someone overseas and then completely lied about it when they were caught, that ordeal alone is enough for me to never want to give them another dime.

I ordered a copy the day they went live and I have not gotten an update of any kind since.

My copy showed up yesterday - surprised me since I didn't get a tracking email beforehand, but those are the best surprises
