Our Place Of Worship Is Silence 'With Inexorable Suffering' second press is up for preorder from Translation Loss, and they did an album art t-shirt with this pressing so I guess I'm going to have to get a second variant with the shirt!  I can't believe a copy of the colored first press sold on Discogs for $75!   Easily the meanest death metal album of 2018

Finally listened to Altar of Perversion's 'Intra Naos' yesterday.  Had to go back through this thread since I'm a few months late,  but it doesn't look like it has been discussed previously.  Two hours of the best new black metal I've heard in 2018.  So good!

I have the originals so i bougth this just to help the family, don't care about colors or whaterver.....

Pretty surreal to finally have this in person. Kind of beyond words at this point. Got it in Friday and still can't really think of what to say. Thanks to everyone who supports the band. Thanks to everyone for being patient. Thanks to everyone who is really digging the tri. And a huge thanks to Joel, Linds, and and the band. I'll post more photos and updates soon. Still got more stuff incoming...
 
Also, they asked me on May 2nd 2016 about choosing a variant. I didn't realize it's been that long. Over 2 years I've been waiting on this. Time flies. 

Got my copies today and they look wonderful! Matt’s color scheme fits the artwork amazingly well and looks very nice in hand. The red/white smoke is pretty as well but unfortunately the smoke effect it’s very weak and almost invisible, I can see white traces here and there but only holding the records towards a strong light. The glossy effect on the jacket is a nice touch!

Svart Records is repressing Demilich's 'Nespithe' as well as a demo comp 'Em9t2ness of van2s1ing / V34ish6ng 0f emptiness'  - it looks like these two together equal the '20th Adversary of Emptiness' comp box that Svart released in 2014!  I am ridiculously hyped for these

This is my photo, haha.  I was definitely excited about the pink hi-melt after recently receiving the body LP.  

I ordered 'Of Great Eternity' 'To Embrace' and 'Dethroned' the day they were put up, before everything else was announced.  After no issues with my Leviathan 'First Sublevel' LP order, I had already preordered Leviathan's "Unfailing Fall.." and felt fine with my orders.  Then the preorders just kept coming: variants, deluxe this / deluxe that.  THEN the shipping dates updated in Bandcamp from September to December - which would fall after the 6-month protected Paypal Window.  And THEN the "We found 38 deadstock copies of the OG Sombre 'Distant' pressing so we're hooking you all up" but in reality they were bootlegs, they are discovered so they change their tune to "Who cares who pressed it, I can't get a first press and this version is pretty nice considering." 
I don't need JI reissues bad enough to deal with this rigmarole from this company.  They can all stay as elusive $200-600  first presses on Discogs, we don't need "Andrew gave me permission 10 years ago" garbage reissues.

Real talk: I just spent way too long trying to figure out if Mgla stood for something before finally googling it.

Picked up the new YOB indie gold today and it's so damn good. Rivaling Sleep for best metal LP this year. 

I really enjoyed Our Raw Heart after first listen today.  Very happy I picked up the deluxe clear/splatter vinyl.
