  1. Who has a copy of Fat Music for Wrecked People and can tell us how the remix sounds of Back to the Motor League??
  2. Anyone in Canada see the Rural Alberta Advantage - Hometowns anywhere? Doesn't seem to be distributed very well (besides Tiny) If you're walking by a copy, let me know!
  3. I have my orange copy, in Canada. He sends them out in batches, it's just one guy running it.
  4. Every song on this record is 1 minute too long, otherwise nice to hear them back at it.
  5. Any updates to the Ignorance is Bliss reissue? There's a listing up but no sale date...
  6. Hard pass - the drums sound like rubber. Not sure how an all-star cast (sean sellers, lil joe, dan palmer) agreed to help with this...
  7. I had heard that too - I guess that's what is happening.
  8. Looking for Ben Kweller in Canada (Toronto) if anyone comes across one please tell me where to find!
  9. I think he means these guys http://panicrecords.net You're talking about Panic State Records in NJ. My copy of 10 years later came banged up as well. I actually won a second copy to get sent right away, that was also a month ago...
  10. Superb packaging really nice overall. Ended up with the Sox variant but looks great.
  11. I would rather suggest you spend the $20 in store and buy the bog-standard version. There's no way this is worth it for Canadians, given the to-door price. Pretty sure they've ironed out the pressing issues by now, since it's currently still in print.
  12. Some notable mentions that I can see for Canada on the distro list (for now): J Dilla - J Dilla Delight Vol 1/2 Insane Clown Posse - Great Milenko 20th Anniversary Lars & The Bastards - Viking + Live Loud + S/T (separate releases) Black Lips - The Sick Beat Xiu Xiu - A Promise MF Doom - Special Herb (5x Cassette) Strife - Live at the Troubadour Latryx - The Album (Deluxe) Vitamin String Quartet - The World of Studio Ghibli
  13. Yeha Toronto. I think we were both at the show last week, too!
  14. Makes for one super expensive record! I pre-ordered the euro indie as well, no way of knowing that's what they would have on tour.... Great show - soooo good
  15. Anyone else get a $20 FedEx invoice from the EU Kingsroad version?? FYI they are selling the euro indie version on tour since the US vinyl was so late...
  16. Grabbed this last night at the show - the Gold version is what they are selling - they were great!
  17. That's how much the rest of us paid to get it...Flexi is available on tour I believe
  18. Many thanks but looking for the vinyl
  19. I think that's a fair assessment. I'm a blind Propagandhi fanboy as you're going to get but if you look at the progression from the last few records, they had nowhere else to go but come up for some air. Failed States was a very dark, very technical, moody album with some heavy themes (and sound). The imagery surrounding the album supports this. Victory Lap is more playful, bright - just look at the song titles / imagery that supports it. It's not as off the deep end. I really, really enjoy it mainly due to the playfulness coming back.
  20. Got my EU today (Toronto) currently spinning it - Got a poster too and the flexi is just taped to the cellophane on the outside. Nice pale translucent green.
