  1. Did not even realize "Hello Hurricane" was pressed. Missed the boat on "Vice Verses" as well. Will add them to my own want list
  2. I would totally buy a "second pressing" on black. However, this would look really cool on transparent red vinyl with that sleeve IMHO
  3. I am looking for one of these. Please PM if you have an extra for sale or trade.
  4. I don't have an 11x11 printer. I would buy one of these on some nice glossy paper stock.
  5. Maybe these are the "rejected" covers that the original printing house made, and the colors were "off" a little bit. Creative way to "get rid" of them.
  6. In all fairness, "No. 4" always sounded like it was "mixed wrong," even the CD version. I love the song "Sour Girl," but to my ears everything sounds so smeared and blurred. I don't know if they purposely recorded the instruments "out of phase" to make that kind of sound, but I always thought the record was intentionally mixed to sound a bit "wrong."
  7. Head to Sound Garden in Fell's Point (Baltimore.) Almost all the new vinyl is priced below what they sell for on the internet, and you don't have to pay for shipping. They also have a ton of CDs and movies, if one of you is into those sort of things. Go to Sorrento's of Arbutis for pizza. You won't be disappointed.
  8. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the original US red/green pressing of this?
  9. I'll swap you my banged up "Vampires" for your "Amazon" version of "All Alone..."
  10. Amazon did the same thing to me when I ordered the Ryan Adams "Vampires" 7-inch. Ended up buying it again from an actual record store. I now just pay a few extra bucks to get it from a "record store." Bull Moose has been real good to me too.
  11. I kick myself for not buying "Lovelife" back in the day. I find clear vinyl usually plays very clean.
  12. Well, more like $70 but the shipping will be killer: http://www.discogs.com/sell/release/607737?ev=rb And that "Split" is so expensive now. I may have bought it back in the day, but now I can't find it. Glad I grabbed the "Ciao."
  13. I am looking for a copy of the Hot Topic "Splatter" pressing, if someone knows where I can find one. Will buy or trade. Thanks!
  14. I was on the fence about this, cause I own originals of "Gala" and "Spooky." But I am missing "Lovelife," and don't want to pay $60 for it. So I have the song 500 now on vinyl, and will be listening to see if any of the single mixes are "different."
  15. I would have to agree with you there! There is an Enya 12-inch want. But the thing is STILL $30 USD plus shipping with the coupon. I know that thing was around $10-$15 back in the day, but I missed it.
  16. I remember getting the "Time to Pretend" 7-inch single ON THE FREE TABLE, at my local on RSD a few years ago. It came with this 3D viewer you could watch the video online with. How the times have changed....
  17. Eil.com is having everything on the site 20% off. BLACK15
  18. I want to grip that DMB boxset and Easy-E. So I will be "camping out" after Thanksgiving dinner, unless something comes up.
  19. I actually might grab this from my local when this gets released. About the only band I have heard on here is the "Fucked Up" song, and have heard good things about Pedro The Lion (A fellow collector was looking for one of his/their records) and other bands on this comp. Might be a good way to check out tracks from all the bands on vinyl for cheap.
  20. Got 4 of those "Welcome to SRC Vinyl" e-mails myself. Fortunately, the CC they have on file is an expired card.
