I'm a veg, in better shape than 99% of the guys in my Volunteer Fire Dept and I get along fine with my Father in Law who is a retired cattle rancher/farmer. Hell, he cooks veg meals for his grandson. I'm interested to know this one's source (analogue/24bit/16bit). I find the live recording of "Jerk-off" to be superior to the one on Opiate. Isn't that bootleg sourced from a 2cd australian version of Undertow?
Likely he was talking about Opiate- the hidden track, the Gaping Lotus Experience is on a "double-cut" groove (track A2 if my memory is correct). This did make it to later pressings, btw. I had a new pressing of Opiate with it.
Also to note side A on original copies of Aenima end with a locked groove for the first portion of "Useful Idiot". I sold my OG copy some time ago and haven't listen to my orange boot to see if the boot is the same. Now I have a way to tell if the boot is likely copied from the OG.
Update: Indeed, my orange boot w/printed sleeve replicas does not have the locked groove on 'useful idiot', there is also no continuation of the aforementioned track on side B.

I wouldnt put Werth as one of the biggest oversignings in history as there is so many worse contracts out there (Matthews Jr, Hampton, etc etc) but he is certainly overpaid, but he was coming off of three great seasons in which he improved every year, but that is all old news.
I dont think that Swisher should look at Ethiers deal as he is a much better player than Swisher ever was. Swisher reminds me a lot of Damon back in Boston, not a great player, but has the attitude that fans latch on to and make him seem better. I cant even imagine paying 10 mill a year for the likes of Swisher.

The reason everyone is calling it hipster garbage because it only is using hipster garbage for the top 50 albums. There is a serious lack of anything else on this list. It has nothing to do with it not being "punk enough" as it has to do with them only hyping the same shit. You honestly mean to tell me that Dylan's new album isnt in the top 50 this year? What about Norah Jones', Justin Townes Earle, Ryan Bingham, etc etc. This list was made specifically for the hipsters and not a true representative of this past year in music.

10 years ago this tour would have been cool, now its just bad. Reggie was never all that good on albums and without the whole stageshow I imagine the solo thing will be lame too. Matt hasnt had a decent album since the third NA album.

Bought! I love these demos, and the album that resulted. Actually, the entire Rollins discography is great, in my book; I think it's pretty underrated, or maybe kind of forgotten. Maybe I'm wrong in that suspicion.
